Ryan was excellent to work with. Initially, when we started looking for a home, we were not using a realtor, nor did we have intentions of using one. We met Ryan while viewing a home for sale and immediately he made us feel comfortable by his genuine and honest demeanor; so much in fact, we asked him if he would be willing to be our realtor. n nIt took us a couple of months to find the right home. Ryan was always there for us - whether it was sending us new listings to consider or meeting with us on Sunday's to look at homes available. During the process, we actually made an offer that was accepted on a home, but something new had emerged that made us question whether or not we made the right decision. Ultimately, we backed out of that offer and Ryan supported us the entire way without showing one sign of frustration. His support and help to unwind the situation was greatly appreciated.
